These are the different backgrounds that can be added on a section/group level or at the page level. Using the backgrounds on a section or group level is best when different background types are desired on a page, or if it is known that the content of a page will exceed the height of the viewport.

If a page is using one background type, it might be best to change the page template which is under the ‘Page’ tab in the left styles sidebar. It is changed by clicking on the template name (‘Pages’ is the default), choosing ‘Change template’, and then selecting the desired page background style.
